Customer Support Specialist

Requirements
- Excellent communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus.
- 1-2 years of experience in a customer support role, preferably in the iGaming industry.
- Ability to handle customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism and empathy.
- Proficiency in using customer support software and CRM systems.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, and phone.
- Resolve customer issues promptly and accurately.
- Document customer interactions and maintain records in the CRM system.
- Provide feedback to the team on common issues and potential improvements.
- Assist in developing and updating customer support documentation and FAQs.
