Customer Support Specialist

Requirements

  • Ability to handle customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism and empathy.
  • Proficiency in using customer support software and CRM systems.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, and phone.
  • Resolve customer issues promptly and accurately.
  • Document customer interactions and maintain records in the CRM system.
  • Provide feedback to the team on common issues and potential improvements.
  • Assist in developing and updating customer support documentation and FAQs.
