Requirements
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in accounting or financial reconciliation roles.
- Familiarity with accounting software SAP, Xero and proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify errors and discrepancies.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; East Slavic knowledge is a plus.
- Detail-oriented.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Experience in the iGaming industry.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee the reconciliation of financial accounts on a daily and monthly basis.
- Identify and resolve discrepancies in financial records.
- Prepare regular reports on reconciliation activities and results.
- Collaborate with the finance team to ensure accurate financial reporting.
- Assist in the implementation of new reconciliation processes and improvements.
- Work closely with auditors to provide necessary documentation and explanations.
